placed?
A. No minimum order.
Q. Can you inform me about the terms of payment?
A. We would normally prefer to receive an advance payment
or alternatively a Letter of Credit at sight to begin with subsequently and
for later transactions a mutually acceptable terms of payment can be worked
out.
Q. Can you accept Credit & Debit Cards?
A. Yes, we accept all major credit & debit cards
through secure payment gateway of PAYPAL only.

A. Our Suction Units, MTP Suction Units & Portable
Suction Units conform to ISI standards. We are also in the process of
ensuring CE markings on our Suction Units.
Q. How fast can you deliver?
A. Shipments are made by sea or by air depending upon the
choice of our buyers. Normally we require between 4 - 6 weeks for making the
shipment (ex-works) subject to satisfactory completion of all commercial
formalities. The shipping company then takes from one week by air and
between 4 - 8 weeks by sea, depending on the destination.
Q. What are the different types of shipping modes that you
offer? Also give some information on the charges required for the different
cases.
A. Normal mode of shipment are "Sea Freight"
and "Air Freight". However we also use Air Post Parcel, Sea Post
Parcel, Courier, etc. upon special requests from customers. It is your
option to ask for prices, inclusive of shipping costs, or we can send the
goods on "Freight To Pay basis".
The shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination
and mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us the exact
quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you.

Prices and Other Details
PRICES : The export prices, both FOB Delhi / CIF destination, with
detailed terms will be quoted on request. Special prices can be considered
for large volumes.
PACKING : The units will be individually packed in 7 ply thick
corrugated boxes with jute lamination and maybe palletized (if need arises)
for easy shipping and transit.
WARRANTY : All products carry a warranty of Twelve Months from the
date of purchase subject, however, to terms and conditions as specified by
the company.
